We have extensive experience from several industries, primarily telecom, consumer goods, manufacturing and the service sector. We provide services within sales and supply chain across operations and IT. Our services can be divided into two main categories:

Program and project management

We help our clients with project and program management of operations development projects and ERP system projects throughout the entire life cycle from planning to execution. We have experience in several project management methodologies, such as PROPS and Accenture Delivery Methods. We also offer coaching of our clients’ own project managers.

Operations analysis and pre-studies

We have extensive experience of helping our clients with pre-studies and various business and operations analysis assignments. Typical assignments may include process mapping and identification of improvement areas, definition of business requirements, project scope and business case, initial planning, IT system selection and purchasing.

Common for the assignments is that they are often complex in their nature and place high demand on analytical skills. They are run by small teams during a relatively short period of time.
